Compassion Fund

At Missio, we strive to follow the words of Jesus in John 13:35, where He tells His disciples that the world will recognize us by the way we love one another. Paul echoes this in Galatians 6, urging us to bear one another's burdens in love, fulfilling the call of Christ.

We are committed to walking in this compassionate, obedient love, especially during challenging times. Just as God cares for us in every aspect—relational, spiritual, emotional, and physical—we aim to serve and meet the holistic needs of our community.

Guiding Principle: The goal of the Compassion Fund is not simply to meet financial needs, but to care for people wisely and relationally. Whenever possible, requests should be based on a meaningful understanding of the individual's circumstances, include reasonable verification of the need, and consider what resources are the most appropriate source of assistance. This helps us steward both time and funds entrusted to us while caring for people with compassion and dignity.
