We’re Hiring

A worship Director to lead our community in Christ-centered worship through song, prayer, and creativity.  We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, builds teams, and helps others experience His presence through worship.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and lead Sunday worship gatherings in alignment with Missio’s mission

  • Recruit, equip, and care for worship, sound, and media volunteers

  • Collaborate with pastor and staff to create meaningful worship

  • Oversee worship ministry resources, budget, and technical systems

Who You Are

  • A growing follower of Jesus with a teachable heart

  • Musically gifted and experienced in leading worship

  • Relational, organized, and passionate about developing others

  • Committed to spiritual health, community life, and generous living
