The Search Team has interviewed several candidates for the lead pastor position and have been amazed by the story of God’s work in the lives of these men. The team is still working through the process, trying to evaluate the fit between what they bring to the table and what we believe Missio needs. This is a sensitive process, both for our church and the candidates applying for the position, and it is difficult to share details without breaking confidence. Please continue to pray for the candidates and for the search team - that God will give them wisdom and direction, as well as trust that he is in control of the process.
