OneMeal Packing Event

Join us on Sunday, November 22, for our annual Kids Around the World OneMeal Packing Event. Together, we’ll help pack nourishing meals for children around the world, with a goal of packing 30,000 meals!

This hands-on opportunity to serve invites all ages to serve together and if you have kids it helps children learn what it means to love our neighbors, care for others, and be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us. Come be part of making a difference—one meal at a time!

This event is an important way for us to live out our mission of being an authentic community that makes Jesus fully known so others may fully know him! Please be praying for this event, and invite your friends to join us. Children and youth will join us, so we will not have Missio Kids in the morning.

Schedule
9:30-10:00am:  Meet in the sanctuary for info, instructions & prayer
10:00-11:30am:  Pack meals in the Community Hall & Lobby
11:30am-12:30pm:  Clean up & eat lunch

Get Involved
Everyone is invited to join in! There are two simple ways you can make a difference:
1.  Pack meals with us on November 22nd.
2.  Turn your recycling into meals through the BottleDrop Blue Bag fundraising program.

Just grab a Blue Bag and instruction flyer from the lobby after our Sunday Expression, take it home, and fill it up with redeemable containers marked with OR10¢. The proceeds will go directly toward funding OneMeal packs.

This is also a wonderful opportunity—especially for families with kids—to practice loving our neighbors while learning how to care for the earth God has entrusted to us.
